    Your responsibilities

    • Administration of the Across Language Server
    • Supporting in-house staff and freelancers with translation projects
    • Participating in the further development of CAT tool interfaces
    • Training in-house staff and freelancers in Across

    Your profile

    • Advanced software knowledge: SDL Trados Studio, Across
    • Very good knowledge of formats (XML, HTML as well as all standard translation and DTP formats)
    • SQL database knowledge an advantage
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a goal- and task-oriented manner
    • Organisational experience and strong team skills
    • Good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)

      Your responsibilities

      • National and international customer acquisition and care
      • Follow-up of campaigns by telephone
      • International customer sourcing, contact management (social networks, etc.)
      • Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs

      Your profile

      • Business training/ experience in customer management
      • You will have a very good knowledge of English and German (C1), other foreign languages an advantage
      • Strong customer focus
      • Confident conversational skills on the telephone
      • Good knowledge of global social networks (Xing, LinkedIn, Jigsaw etc.)
      • Independent, cooperative team skills
      • High level of empathy and self-motivation

    • Project manager


      Your responsibilities

      • Receiving project enquiries, establishing customer requirements, checking feasibility
      • Preparing and tracking quotations
      • Order implementation, incl. post-processing for invoicing
      • Coordinating outside and in-house resources, particularly translators
      • Monitoring and adhering to project deadlines
      • Looking after customers
      • Quality assurance
      • Fulfilment of customer requirements

      Your profile

      • You will have completed your education as a translator (MA/BA) or commercial training with work experience
      • Several years of professional experience in a similar position is desirable
      • Proficiency with MS Office
      • A knowledge of Trados and Across would be an advantage
      • You will have a very good knowledge of English and German
      • You will have organisational experience and good team skills
      • Positive attitude and appearance
      • You will be cheerful and committed
