Technical processing and preparation of all common formats (e.g. InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, XML), preparation of special formats for the translation process. Implementation of all standard tools, like Trados, Across and MemoQ, repairing faulty data, administration of the Across Server (including staff training), creation and management of terminology databases, translation memories, glossaries and terminology lists, software localisation, docking onto customer content management systems (e.g. TIM-RS), consultation for DTP projects, management and processing of client and overall databases, solutions to problems with TMS and terminology management, quality assurance, and implementation of verification tools.
