We stand by our commitment to society and endeavour to be fair, friendly and open in our dealings with clients and partners. We support local organisations from our head offices in Ulm, and can also be found on the web-based charity platform under betterplace.org as partner to many large and smaller social projects around the world. Staff and clients are encouraged to contribute to this social network. Project "Hauptsache Schule" (School Counts): Extra lessons and integration for secondary school pupils in Ulm. Agricultural project in Kaule: 15 families comprising approx. 100 people in a mountain village in Nepal are being supplied with the necessary plants and materials and are being taught better farming skills so that they can improve their living conditions as well as protect the environment. Student assistance Rollberg: Providing help to socially disadvantaged children in the problem suburb of Berlin Neukölln, both at school and at home. Pfiffikus: A private parents' initiative in Nuremberg taking care of 3 - 6-year-olds while their parents are at work. betterplace is a market place for social projects.
